Limited Warranty policy
The policy applies to the following product groups:
Returns and Refunds
No refund if package is open or breaks.
No return or refunds if merchandise is used.
No refund accept after four weeks of purchase completion.
Return shipping cost is at customer's expense.
Refund amount is the initial paid amount minus the ship out cost.
Refund will be validated only when the returned merchandise is successfully delivered.
How it works?
Simply return the product to us with the plastic package intact without any breakage.
Take and send us a short video of dropping into the postal box the return parcel with our address on. (IMPORTANT: Not at post office, we will not honor it as proof of return shipment).
Upon merchandise returned and examined, we will initiate the refunds.
This is not a trackable shipping method.
Planet deluxe assumes responsibility up to item handover to shipper. A short video records of the processing including shipping address on envelop can be provided upon request as proof of delivery.
About 'If it breaks, we replace it for free':
This is a marketing promotion scheme. Planet Deluxe has the right to modify, to terminate the scheme without prior notice.
Within the first 3 months after purchase date, in case of malfunction or breakage which lead to product no longer functional, customers can return the broken product to Planet Deluxe (shipping at customer's expense) for a replacement. After receiving the return merchandise, and validating the eligibility, we will dispatch a new replacement.
The 'If it breaks, we replace it for free' is a one time promotion per item purchase within the 3 months after item purchase date.
Planet Deluxe may replace with other product variant models should the original product is out of stock or is no longer available.
