I dealt with Eric. I had been searching high and low for a vintage Chanel jersey flap bag and when I came across this site I used the SMS texting service to set up an appointment to see the bag. Eric replied almost instantly and continued to answer my questions. He met me the very next day at the Westmount boutique and took his time to explain the product and it’s authenticity etc etc. He was patient, kind and just showed pure passion for his work.
